Personal Training East Grinstead/Crawley/West Sussex

Single Session

£40.00 

(per session)

 Ideal for people who want to pay on a week by week basis or don't feel ready to commit to regular sessions.  This price plan can also accomodate those who only want to take one or two supervised sessions a month. 
 6+ Sessions

 £35.00

(per session)

 Those who are able to commit to six or more sessions benefit from a reduced rate.  Some people also find that booking a block of sessions encourages them to stay motivated to reach their goals.
 3 Month Plan

 £750.00

 Those that are very serious about meeting their targets can comit to two sessions a week over a three month period.  They will also benefit from a further reduced rate and one free session.
 Group Single Session (2 People)

 £60.00

(per session)

 This price plan in designed for those that wish to train with a friend, relative or partner and share the cost,  Some people feel more confident training in a group or believe they can benefit from the support of a friend.
 6+ Group Sessions (2 People)

 £50.00

(per session)

 As above, but pairs that can commit to six or more sessions and benefit from a further discount.
 Group 3 Month Plan (2 People) £1125.00 As with the three month plan above two people can commit to training twice weekly over a three month period.  This price plan also contains one free session.


 Metamorphosis Training System (M.T.S) £750.00 

The Metamorphosis Training System is designed to help clients achieve ambitious goals in a short space of time.  MTS was created as a response to people who wanted to change their appearance and were working to a specific deadline.  Brides to be wanted to lose weight or get into shape before their weddings.  Other people wanted to feel more confident about the way they looked stepping out onto the beach on an immanent holiday.  Some people were just very committed to achieving their goals and were impatient to see results.

As you would expect this is not a soft option.  MTS requires people to commit to one hour sessions five times a week over a six week period,

After an initial no obligation consultation and health assessment a six week training plan will be designed to meet your personal objectives.  Your diet will also be assessed and any obstacles in meeting your aims addressed.

This option requires a high level of dedication from the individual.  However with the motivation, support and expert guidance of your personal trainer it is the quickest way to transform your life.
