I started training with Nick six months ago. I looked for an East Grinstead Fitness Trainer as I had done a bit of running, but due to poor core stability I was prone to getting injured.   Nick listened to my needs and created a training plan in order to develop strength.  Six months later my running has improved greatly and I can increase my miles without fear of injury. Nick is very friendly and from the first session I felt at ease with him - but don't let this mislead you. His session can be TOUGH, but then again he does get results! me, you want to train at 6.30 in the morning, it is all too easy to turn
over and have another hour's sleep. Nick manages to combine hard training with fun whilst helping you to improve your overall strength and fitness to achieve your goal - whatever that might be. No two sessions are ever the same which maintains your interest and effort. He knows your strengths, but works on your weaknesses.
