If you would prefer to train in a gym environment free of distractions there are two locations available.  Alternatively if you are already a member of another gym, but do not have access to quality West Sussex personal training I will be happy to discuss holding training sessions at your existing gym.

KFA Gym

The KFA Gym is based in Ashurst Wood.  This gym is primarily a mixed martial arts and boxing gym.  This means we are able to optimise the space and equipment available in order to undertake a wide range of exercises.  The type of conditioning undertaken by fighters makes for an excellent fitness regime.  This will benefit anyone who wishes to improve their general fitness, regardless of whether they wish to pursue a martial art or take part in boxing.

The KFA Gym boasts a large fully matted and mirrored floor space. This provides ample room for circuits, plyometric drills, skipping and shuttle runs.  There is also a large range of punch bags, pads and even a boxing ring.  These can be used to work on striking techniques or undertake boxing and kicking drills as a cardiovascular exercise in its own right.  There is a well equipped free weights area consisting of a power rack, 180+ kg of Olympic free weights, a dumbbell rack, medicine balls, resistance bands and kettle bells.  

This is a small, friendly gym that is used for supervised training only so you will not have to share the equipment with other gym members during your session.
